I was in a good mood when my order showed up, even though it arrived one day later than the email had said. it still came fast, so I’m happy with it overall.

The plant looked close to the photos, tbh, but it was a little smaller than I expected. Still cute tho!

The plants showed up looking really fresh and healthy, honestly. Roots looked good, nothing was damaged or anything like that. One of them was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but still... it looked fine, just not quite what I pictured. Overall I’m happy with the quality and I’d probably order from them again.

The plants usually turn up looking healthy, nicely packed, no sad crushed leaves or anything dramatic. One order did take a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Prices can be a little higher than some random sellers, sure. But I’d rather pay a bit more and know what I’m getting.

One of the pots was missing from my order, and I was expecting a whole saga, but they sorted it out ridiculously fast. They sent the replacement and refunded the delivery with zero fuss. Couldn’t have been easier

These pots feel really sturdy and the planters look great too. I wasn’t expecting them to be this nice, which makes me wonder what the catch is because usually something that looks good ends up being flimsy. But so far, no cracks, no wobbling, and my plants look like they got upgraded into some secret garden society

I ordered a few plants from hortology.co.uk and I was happy with the whole thing. The prices seemed fair, especially compared with some other places I’d looked at, like garden centres, random plant shops online, and even a couple of big-name retailers. The plants turned up looking healthy, not battered or sad or half-dead, and they actually looked like the photos, which doesn’t always happen when you order plants online. The leaves were in good condition, the sizes were about what I expected, the packaging held everything in place, and there wasn’t soil everywhere in the box, which I appreciated. Delivery wasn’t ridiculously expensive either, which is always a bonus when you’re already paying for plants, pots, compost, plant food, and all the other little bits you end up adding. Overall it felt like good value for money, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I’m really happy with Hortology. I only went on there to find a couple of indoor plants for my flat, but they had so many nice options that I ended up browsing for ages. i’m blaming whoever runs this for making it way too easy to want more plants than I planned.

I liked that the plant arrived in mostly recyclable packaging instead of being wrapped in loads of plastic. It felt like a good effort overall. I’d just like to see a bit clearer info about where everything is grown, but other than that, I was happy with it
